Core Creative Soul accepts major credit cards in direct checkout and keeps your payment information secure.

Payment For Custom Design Requests

All custom designs will require a documented approval for completion. Payment of invoice(s) are to be made within 15 days from the approval date.

Copyright Upload Files Sent to Core Creative Soul

By uploading your source files, logos and/or pictures, you are granting Core Creative Soul, a license to use the design provided. We do not claim any ownership of your content, but we do have permission to use your work to help design your requested customized piece. Core Creative Soul, will not infringe on any rights you have to your contents, with permission to use the provided materials from any medium.

Processing & Shipping Physical Product

PROCESSING

Due to print on demand projects. Once your order is received, it will then be processed within 1-5 business days and then shipped.

Note: Due to supply chain issues, some items are subject to current availability.

SHIPPING

All items are printed on demand and made to order from the United States. After processing 1-5 days, orders typically ship within 3-5 days after receiving, but may vary with the various shipping carriers (ex. UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL). Please, allow for extra time for package(s) to be delivered. Some products may arrive separately depending on items ordered.

*Canada Shipping up to 8 - 14 business days

Please double check your mailing address when placing your order(s). Core Creative Soul cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address that was received when the order was placed. We want to be sure you receive your products! We also are not responsible for where the package is left by the handler, you can provide the carrier with instructions for your package delivery.

REFUND & EXCHANGES

Because of the nature of physical print on demand products, returns & exchanges are NOT accepted. But please contact me if you have problems or questions with your order

Core Creative Soul Shop Digital File Downloads

Your files will be available to download once payment is confirmed. No physical product will be shipped. You can print at home, print shop, or online services, with an unlimited number of copies to be made.

REFUND & EXCHANGES

Every digital and instant download purchase is non-refundable.

Core Creative Soul artwork is copyrighted. Purchases are strictly for non-commercial, personal use only. You may print and design in your home, business, or a public place but may not resell, reproduce, distribute by electronic means, or profit in any way from the design. The files are for personal use only no monetization is permitted.

Privacy Policy

Any information we receive from a newsletter signup or contact information will never be shared, sold, rented or traded with any other third-party companies. Core Creative Soul respects your privacy, personal information will only be used for services requested through shipping and/or to keep you updated on our products through our newsletter, or design services.
