All items are custom made to order. After processing 1-5 days, orders typically ship within 3-5 days after receiving, but may vary with the various shipping carriers (ex. UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL). Please, allow for extra time for package(s) to be delivered. Some products may arrive separately depending on items ordered. 

Please double check your mailing address when placing your order(s). Core Creative Soul cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address that was received when the order was placed. We want to be sure you receive your products! We also are not responsible for where the package is left by the handler, you can provide the carrier with instructions for your package delivery.
